Ulises Ventura is a native of Phoenix Arizona. Ulises is the oldest of three, and son of immigrant parents. His parents immigrated from Guanuajuato, Mexico to Phoenix before he was born in search of a better future for their family. Ulises has recently graduated from Arizona State University in the fields of Secondary Education and Social Work. He is a first generation student, and is a great example for his siblings.
Ulises is the Civic Engagement Organizer for Mi Familia Vota and through his work he wishes to empower the Latino community to have their voice heard and advocate for social justice. He wants to make a difference in the world, and continue his fight for human rights equality and social justice.
