MFV Announces Executive Director Transition

Effective April 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Mi Familia Vota and Mi Familia Vota Education Fund and its Executive Director, Ben Monterroso have agreed to part ways. After much thought and deliberation, it was agreed by both parties of the need to move in a different direction in the best interest of the organization.

The Board of Directors thanks Ben for his years of service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors. We will begin a search for a new Executive Director in the coming weeks.

In the interim, we are pleased that Francisco Heredia has agreed to step in as we move through this transition phase. All inquiries should be directed to him at franciscoh@mifamiliavota.org.

Mi Familia Vota is a national civic engagement organization that unites Latino, immigrant, and allied communities to promote social and economic justice through citizenship workshops, voter registration, and voter participation.
