- have had contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, OR
- work in a healthcare facility, OR
- are over 60 years old, have a compromised immune system, or have serious chronic medical conditions.

Public Charge
For families that are concerned about the “public charge” rule, immigration officials have confirmed that they will neither consider testing, treatment, nor preventative care related to COVID-19 as part of a public charge inadmissibility determination.
